Mantra Yoga- Learn the power of a focused mind by using mantra and affirmations for inner transformation. In this workshop you will learn mantra meditation and how to write your own mantra to promote life changes. We’ll move through a full spectrum of yoga asana and learn mantras for each posture. Harness the power of your thoughts to make positive change in your life! Bring a journal. Finding freedom in flying poses- Overcome fear and build confidence by learning to root in standing poses, arm balances and inversions. All levels welcome. In this playful workshop you'll learn to take your practice into flight. Even beginners can learn the seed poses and basics of flying poses. We'll work on standing balances like Warrior 3 and Ardha Chandrasana; arm balances like Side Plank, Crow, and side crow; inversions like box pose, handstand prep and handstand. |
