I began my journey in yoga 8 years ago. I completed my 200-hour yoga certification studying and practicing yoga, pranayama, satsang, and mantras. I discovered the healing power of yoga and my ability to heal others through teaching. Cultivating Svadisthana Chakra
The second chakra is called Svadisthana and translates as "one's own place or base," indicating just how crucial this chakra is in our lives. Located at the base of the spine, the tasks of the second chakra include allowing for emotional and sensual movement in our life, opening to pleasure, and learning how to "go with the flow." Cultivate the second chakra through sensual hip and groin openers through a tough yet sensitive surrender.
