She spends much of her leisure time outdoors in all seasons enjoying the beauty of nature, on a bike, skis, or her own feet.  Throughout all of the different facets of her busy life, nutrition has been a constant element. Nutrition was always an area of interest growing up with an active lifestyle, and became more prevalent through academic studies focused on health and wellbeing, and continues with the exploration of special needs of children and adults with dietary restrictions and as alternatives to medication. Amy has developed a personal love of nutrition and cooking with a busy and active lifestyle focused on the love of the outdoors and the environment.
