4.    All volunteer teachers are expected to be able to schedule their two workshops anytime during the festival.

5.    You will be asked to sign a copy of this sheet so please read it.

Some workshop guidelines and suggestions:

1.    Safety first, safety first, safety first.

2.    Absolutely no freestanding headstands, or handstands, may be taught. (shoulder stand is OK)  You may, however teach inversion using correct spotters.

3.    Absolutely no acrobatic flying may be taught without a correct spotter. With correct spotting you may teach what you choose.

4.    Because of the short workshop time slots, some teachers, (including myself) tend to try to fit a lot into it. Please remember, less is more.

5.    Have fun! Think of something a little different!

You will receive in exchange for teaching or performing:

Two free tickets to the event, for all days, including festival camping! ($400+ value)

You may distribute material, network and solicit yourself, studio, or services as much as you like.

What is the teaching or performance space like?

We will have one main outdoor stage, covered, with power, sound, and lights for performance. We will have 3 or 4 workshop tents, no power, grass floor. Carpets, flooring, and yoga walls may only be available in some workshop locations. Some teachers will be teaching in open space, weather permitting. We will do our best to accommodate all teachers, but there are no guarantees on the conditions of the space, you may be teaching on the grass, in the shade.
